Q: Why can’t I log in?
A: In November, we introduced new player accounts. If you haven’t played since before v2.0 (or it’s been a long time), tap New Player, enter your previous in-game name, then connect your service to restore access. Important: Please do not delete the game during this process.
Q: My purchases are gone, how do i get them back?
A: For purchases, they are all tracked by the stores. For Apple, it’s as simple as going to the settings in the game, navigate to the “Other” tab, and click “Restore Purchases”. For Android, it should be automatic, if you do not have them, please check your google account to make sure it’s the same one you originally purchased everything on. Note: If you lose your Apple or Google login, that is beyond our control.
Q: My game says I need to update but I don’t have one, what should I do?
For Apple: Open App Store, Click the small “person” icon at the top right, click updates, and Pull down to refresh. For Google: Open Playstore, click on your profile picture on the top right section of your screen, Click My Apps and Games, Select Updates and click the arrow to refresh, and Click update next to the apps you’re looking for.
Q: How do I move things on my screen (HUD)?
A: Go to Settings → Edit HUD. From there, you can drag UI elements to reposition them, then Save/Apply when you’re done.
Q: Why did the Multi-Player outcome look different than the results?
A: Ping spikes during loading or mid-race can cause what you see to be visually offset (positions may not look perfectly accurate in real time). At the end of the race, we pull local data to ensure the scoring is correct. Because of that, you may notice some “leapfrogging” at the finish as everything syncs and finalizes.
